Q. Can international orders be cancelled or returned?
A. All international orders are final and non-cancellable.

A. A minimum order value of USD 50 is mandatory for international shipping.
Q. Which countries are covered under international shipping?
A. International shipping is presently limited to the following regions: United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

A. Credit card payments are the only available mode for international ordes.
Q. Are there any additional bank or card charges on international payments?
A. Banks or cards issuer may levy additional fees including foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. Such charges are outside our control, shall be borne solely by the customer., and are non-refundable.

A. VAT/GST is not applicable on international orders.
Q. Is the INR price mentioned on product labels applicable internationally?
A. The price displayed in INR on product labels is not applicable to international orders and shall not be considered the sale price outside India.

A. Tata Neu Points are not applicable or redeemable on international orders at this time.
Q. Who is responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes?
A. All customs duties & import taxes shall be borne exclusively by the customer and shall be paid directly to the delivery or customs partner, as applicable.
Q. Are customs duty and bank charges refundable?
A. Customs duty, bank charges including transaction fees are non-refundable and shall be borne solely by the customer.
Q. What are the customer’s responsibilities for international orders?

The customer shall be solely responsible for:
i. payment of customs duties, import taxes, or any government-levied charges;
ii. any bank charges and foreign exchange mark-up fees.
Q. Are shipping charges applicable on international orders?
A. International orders qualify for free shipping.
Q. Which courier partner will deliver international orders?
A. All international orders shall be fulfilled and delivered through FedEx.
Q. What is the estimated delivery timeline for international orders?
A. Estimated delivery period for international orders is 7–10 business days, subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Q. Is expedited or priority shipping available for international orders?
A. Expedited or priority shipping services are currently not available for international orders.
Q. When will refunds be provided for international orders?
A. Refunds will be provided only for products found to be defective at the time of delivery, subject to verification. Approved refunds shall be limited to the product value.
Q. What qualifies as a defective product and how can a defect be reported?

A product shall be deemed “defective” only if it exhibits a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged due to transit-related issues. To raise a defect claim, the customer must email _____________________with:
